My name is Hernan Martinez, I am the president of the International Student Service (ISS) at the student union at KTH.

I would like to start by welcoming you to Stockholm, Sweden and KTH. We have plenty of activities planned out for you. So you have a nice start in Sweden and so you get to meet with other exchange students who will be studying at KTH at the same time as you. I would like to ask you to fill in this form if you are coming on August 3rd (through Arlanda). To keep track on when you will be arriving in Sweden. ISS will fix busses at fixed times when the most students arrive to Arlanda. These busses will take you to KTH. [...]

Básicamente me informa de que si llego el 3 de Agosto al aeropuerto de Arlanda (Estocolmo) me ofrecen la posibilidad de ir a la universidad directamente en autobús, cortesía del Servicio de Estudiantes Internacionales (International Student Service, ISS). Como viajaré finalmente el día 2 no me hará falta notificarles mi llegada, pero se agradece la ayuda ofrecida.

También me informan de las actividades que tienen planificadas para el próximo mes. Más adelante cuento un pequeño resumen, ya que pintan muy bien.
